This policy covers the IKON IT SOLUTIONS website at ikonits.com. Our products, such as ParishOne and Stringing Pro, have their own privacy policies on their own sites.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it), the topic you pick and your message. To limit spam, we also keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address and your browser type. We can’t turn the scrambled value back into your address.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to send you a confirmation email. We use the scrambled IP address to stop spam and abuse. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Where it is stored
Your message is saved in a database at our hosting provider, Hostinger, and emailed to ikonits@gmail.com. We don’t share personal details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up.
Cookies and fonts
This site doesn’t set cookies or use analytics tools at the moment. If that changes, we’ll update this page. The fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party.
